- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Any not good experience at kunhongluck for any reason, please contact us first.
- Please contact our customer service to approve the return first , we do not accept items returned directly without customer service approval.
- Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags,we do not accept a returned item that’s used,damaged,or altered in any way.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package,customer service will provide the return address.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Return shipping fee:product or delivery problem, seller charge the return shipping fee, other reason's return,customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Please allow 3-5 days after delivery for your refund to be processed.
